WHAT IT IS

A place for the men.

Many of our readers and authors bring their husbands to Year X, so we built a space that is all their own. The Man Cave is part lounge, part Straight Talk, part game night, hosted by Elder David Pierce. While the retreat is in session, the fellas have somewhere to gather, talk honestly, and have a good time.

Elder David Pierce hosts the Man Cave and leads our Straight Talk sessions — honest, faith-filled conversation for the husbands and men who come to Year X.

A man of faith and a steady presence in the room, Elder Pierce creates a space where the fellas can be real, be encouraged, and have a good time. (Full bio coming soon.)

Per person. The Reader Appreciation Gala is not included in the weekend pass.

Registration runs October 2 – December 31, 2026, and opens again in February 2027 at $129.
